About the Role

Africope are seeking customer relationship officers who excel in communication, demonstrate patience in challenging situations, and possess strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs.

Main Duties

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing product or service information to customers.
  • Processing orders, applications, refund and requests from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved.
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
  • Keeping updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Eligibility

  • Should be between 18 and 39 years old
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the English language
  • Hold citizenship or residency in an African country
  • Graduated from an accredited University or Polytechnic

Selection Process

  3. Verification: Credentials of candidates who passed the test-based evaluation will be authenticated.
  4. Incubation: Verified candidates join their three months program to assess their career level and sharpen their skills, receiving a monthly stipend of $400 during the training.
  5. Placement: Upon completing the training program, candidates will be inducted into the full-time workforce and have the opportunity to negotiate a competitive salary package
