Belron Canada is looking for a motivated customer service representative to join our team of Specialists!

Main Duties

  • Support service centers to create opportunities and make appointments with customers
  • Use active listening to establish a relationship of trust with customers
  • Offer the products and services best suited to the customer’s situation to convert these opportunities into appointments
  • Update customer files and enter the necessary information accurately
  • Provide ad hoc support for other departments according to operational needs


  • Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) mandatory
  • Experience in a call center context
  • Ease of learning new software
  • Team working
  • Like diversity in tasks and take on challenges
  • Be autonomous, reliable and punctual
