Position: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £13.45 an hour
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Remote, UK
About the Role
Hours: 18 hours p/w – Weekends (Sat & Sun 9 AM to 6 PM) + 2 hours over the week & opportunity to add extra hours during periods of business demand.
Training requires full time attendance for the first month Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM.
Main Duties
- Provide responsive and effective email support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to handle refunds, renewals, pharmacy requests, and doctor inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and excellent English language skills in all customer interactions.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth & high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Available to do weekends, starting from January.
- Based in the UK with the legal right to work.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to do more hours if needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Prior experience in customer support, specifically handling emails.
