About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our products and services. This role is fully remote, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a real impact from wherever you are.

Main Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable and efficient support, troubleshooting customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and service changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using our CRM software.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Contribute to team success by suggesting improvements to processes and customer service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (telecommunications experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
