About the Role
The role
We are looking for a team player to join our team at Glaize. As a Customer Service Representative, you will own the conversation with our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a great customer experience. The ideal candidate would have some experience in ecommerce customer service, including experience with tools like Gorgias and Shopify, although full training will be provided.

Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
40 hours per week
28 days paid holiday per year
Responsibilities:
- Handling and responding to customer service enquiries
- Responding to customer reviews
- Coordinating with the fulfilment team on order-related enquiries
- Working with the Customer Service Lead to identify opportunities to improve our customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Experience working in customer service
- You will ideally have experience with ecommerce tools such as Shopify and Gorgias
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
