Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: £26,000 per year

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote (UK)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and the ability to build rapport quickly. This fully remote, service-driven role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently and is passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Main Duties

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in key accounts
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and adapt to the needs of individual customers
  • Provide appropriate patient educational support material and product information via hard copy or digital channels
  • Understand the NHS environment, keeping up to date with any changes
  • Prioritize time to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate health care professionals to meet/exceed KPI’s
  • Anticipate potential barriers and look for solutions
  • Updating of company CRM system with accurate call details
  • Successful completion of all product & compliance training including any updates
  • Strong collaborative working with Regional Sales Representatives on territory
  • Plan and implement effective territory calling plans
  • Proactive and innovative, sharing best practise and responsible for own learning in role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work related experience
  • 2 years of work experience with the general public, customer service experience, all with a proven track record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills
  • Persistence and disciplined self-management
  • Ability/willingness to travel to meetings and conferences
  • Detail oriented and able to problem solve
  • IT proficient
  • Flexibility, agility and the ability to demonstrate how you bring value to the team
