About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Main Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about Junno’s services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist clients with booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging situations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or related role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
