Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, B Art or HND in any Art related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a customer service representative.
- Understand social media management and trends.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via different channels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Time management and organizational skills
