About the Role

Are you a highly skilled customer service professional with expertise in Microsoft Office? We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative who excels in problem-solving, critical thinking, and delivering exceptional service.

Main Duties

  • Monitor inbox and order entry system to ensure timely order processing.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as requested.
  • Provide customers with stock availability, lead times, and order status updates.
  • Create and send order confirmations to customers.
  • Print and verify labels or samples for accuracy.
  • Develop new labels, including ingredient declarations, in collaboration with QC & RD teams.
  • Maintain and monitor label inventory, reporting when reorder levels are required.
  • Generate daily customer reports for order tracking.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
