Salary: $37,000 to $45,000 Yearly

About the Role

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is seeking a Collision Customer Service Representative to join one of the most innovative vehicle brands globally. In this role, you’ll provide support to the Internal Collision Center, handling all aspects of Tesla’s Authorized Collision Program.

Main Duties

  • Work scheduling maintenance   
  • Vehicle arrival preparation  
  • Customer communication and expectations 
  • Rental coordination and hand off  
  • Vehicle status updates  
  • Material and supplies reordering  
  • Repair review and delivery

Qualifications

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Must be willing to train others   
  • Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments
  • Microsoft Office experience, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions
  • Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair, preferred
