Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: £11.39 per hour

Main Duties

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat to assist with their inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing prompt solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
  • Learn about our product offerings and company policies to inform customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development to improve service skills.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience in customer service is needed; full training will be provided.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
