Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary Range: ₦250,000 to ₦300,000 monthly

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote

About the Role

We are looking to hire a customer service representative to manage and resolve customer complaints

Main Duties

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Make outbound and Inbound calls
  • Provide product and service information to customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
