Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Salary: £29,880- £30,500 a year

Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads, complete online/phone surveys in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Follow scripts, when conducting client surveys, and submit accurate records of completed surveys.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efforts.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct administrative meetings with new clients and staff as assigned.
  • Process payments for sales made as instructed by management.
  • Audit completed work of clients to ensure that required quality standards, regulations, and procedures are being followed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and yet maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to identify errors that could pose risks.
