Sensée Ltd is looking for motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team, supporting customers within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with previous contact centre experience or strong transferable customer service skills, ideally gained in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing back-to-back enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The role requires clear and confident communication skills (both verbal and written) to ensure every customer interaction is handled to the highest standard.

This position offers flexibility, with working hours scheduled through our online system. Since our accounts operate Monday to Sunday, some evening and weekend work will be part of your contracted hours, providing you with adaptable work-life balance options.

About the Role of a Sensée Customer Service Representative

Permanently employed by Sensée, you will represent an award-winning private healthcare provider. You will be trained to succeed and become a subject matter expert, navigating multiple virtual platforms to obtain, relay and record information in line with defined processes and exceed customer expectations. The role will involve supporting customers that are potentially unwell. You could be discussing medical conditions, treatments, processing a claim or a complaint. It is essential that you are a remote working brand ambassador and are an integral part of our remote Sensée family, making a difference in everything we do.

This is a permanent full-time role at 40 hours per week.

What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Representative

  • Individuals residing in the UK, including Northern Ireland, looking for a permanent home working career in customer service.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment OR relevant transferable customer service skills, ideally with experience dealing with high volume, back-to-back work.
  • A flexible approach to the working week – our accounts are open Monday – Sunday. Some evening and weekend hours are required in your contracted hours when using our flexible hours booking system to schedule your working week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident and clear when speaking to customers.
  • IT literacy, with the ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated, well organised, with an active approach to problem solving.
  • Full dedication to the role, due to our full-time training period and hours booking system our positions are not compatible with secondary jobs.
  • An efficient approach to workload, whilst maintaining customer service and professionalism on every call.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative

  • Attend a remote, full time (Weekdays), fully paid training course. This training course will span for 10 weeks. This training course must be attended in full.
  • Work in a fast paced environment; taking back to back calls, navigating multiple systems simultaneously to complete the associated administrative work and assist customers in a timely manner.
  • Aim to meet QA guidelines and take on feedback to continue providing excellent customer service for both our customers and clients.
  • Work towards targets/KPIs to ensure customers are helped in an effective and efficient way.
  • Take a customer first approach to query resolution, utilising multiple inhouse tools to stay engaged with colleagues and fully support the customer.
