The Opportunity

The Role
Variable working days on rotation
- Monday to Friday
- Tuesday to Saturday
Variable hours days on rotation
- 9:00 – 18:00
Hybrid working pattern :
4 days in the Office work – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for hands-on experience
1 days remote
Salary: National Minimum Wage
£17,888.00 to £23,795.20 pa – pro-rata.
Location: Borough
Borough station – 5-minutes’ walk
London Bridge station – 10-minutes’ walk
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Ensuring accurate tracking of all packages and couriers for precise data.
- Enhancing conversion rates by addressing inquiries and highlighting service benefits to potential customers.
- Contributing to a seamless digital and doorstep service.
- Acting on customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of boxes.
- Building LOVESPACE’s reputation through positive reviews and referrals.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer accounts.
