Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: £12.80 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Main Duties

  • Provide responsive and effective support via email & calls to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to handle refunds, renewals, pharmacy requests and doctor inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and excellent English language skills in all customer interactions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth & high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK with the legal right to work.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer support, specifically handling emails and calls.
  • Skilled in data entry & payment processing.
