BPP Education Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator Apprentice to join its Assistive Solutions team in London. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to develop their professional skills in a supportive environment.

While prior customer service experience is an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage client interactions efficiently.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the chance to progress into a permanent position within the team, offering a clear pathway for career growth within the education and assistive solutions sector.

About the Role

Customer Support Administrator with Assistive Solutions

Hours Per Week: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm (37.5 hrs less the OTJ training)

  • Handle phone and email inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Take payments and send secure payment links.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Stay informed on our services and help improve customer experience.
  • You’ll be working closely with people with disabilities, providing support that truly makes a difference in their day-to-day lives.

Future Prospects:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis.

Training Provided:

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Duration: 18 Months

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service (a plus)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Organised, empathetic, and able to multitask with ease
  • Patience, understanding, and a respectful approach to diverse needs

Qualifications Required:

  • 5 GCSEs Including English and Maths Grade 4 and above
