BPP Education Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator Apprentice to join its Assistive Solutions team in London. While prior customer service experience is an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools to manage client interactions efficiently.

Hours Per Week: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm (37.5 hrs less the OTJ training)

Training Provided:
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Duration: 18 Months
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service (a plus)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools

- Patience, understanding, and a respectful approach to diverse needs
Qualifications Required:
- 5 GCSEs Including English and Maths Grade 4 and above
