Position: Customer Support Advisor

Salary: £24,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for responding to calls and emails from a variety of sources including customers, funeral directors and colleagues.
  • You’ll update funeral plan provisions with customer information and carry out administrative duties such as the preparation of paperwork for the finance team.
