Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a real difference? RNIB is looking for a proactive Customer Support Assistant to join our Telemarketing team. You’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our supporters and customers – resolving queries, handling feedback and ensuring every interaction is positive.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to supporter and customer queries with care and professionalism
  • Spot trends in feedback and help drive improvements
  • Work closely with your team to ensure every issue is resolved fairly

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong communication and PC skills
  • Experience in complaint handling and problem-solving
  • A positive, organised, and customer-focused attitude
