About the Role
Kilofe Nigeria Ltd, a Lagos-based software company, is looking to add a smart, dedicated, and professional Customer Care Specialist to our growing team. The candidate must be based in Lagos.
Main Duties
- Record details of customer communications and maintain records.
- Experience in customer support and CRM systems.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and instant messaging to answer customer inquiries.
- Product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Provide information and support to customers about products or services.
- Handle functions including customer advocacy, technical support, cross-selling, up-selling, and customer contact.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Collaborate with Product managers , digital marketers and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year Post secondary education (Completed)
- 2 year of work experience in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express information clearly with the right tone.
- Good listening skills and empathy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech savvy and detail oriented Â
