About the Role
Robert Half are assisting a non for profit organisation to recruit an Data Analyst on an initial 12 month contract basis – fully remote.

Main Duties
- The Data Analyst will maintain, and suggest and implement improvements to, our data architecture, including use of our CRM (Workbooks), Email Marketing Platform (Dot Digital) and our API Management tool.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all our systems and applications.
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Working with sector teams, and colleagues in Reach & Engagement, design and implement surveys and forms to collect data, and reporting on this.
- Manage the transfer of data between our different systems and applications, seeking opportunities to enrich available datasets and build new integrations.
- Use various available datasets to create a unified views of organisation performance, sector information, and other reports and dashboards as needed.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand and interpret the data requirements and using these to provide tailored solutions.
- Promote compliance with data protection and privacy standards, and information security practices
Qualifications
- The Data Analyst will have proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Python)
- Strong ability to create reports and dashboards
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platform
- Expertise in managing and integrating data from multiple sources
- Knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices
- Skills in designing, implementing and analysing surveys
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights and data practices to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
