Position: Data Analyst

Salary: £27,500 – £34,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to help interpret data trends, assist in decision-making, and enhance the overall performance of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex data insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support business objectives through data-driven insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Assist in forecasting business trends and making recommendations based on historical data.
  • Sticking to deadlines and providing project feedback to the customer regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Power Platform for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
