About the Role
Tribal Impact is a scale-up on a mission to put people in front of logos and transform how businesses connect with their audiences.
As our Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we and our clients use data to drive success in B2B social selling, employee advocacy and employer brand. Your insights will be at the heart of innovative programs, enabling clients to build stronger brands and generate more revenue.
Main Duties
- Utilise data to deliver game-changing insights and measurable business outcomes for our clients.
- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that tell stories, not just numbers.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients, translating customer goals into data-driven solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging tools and techniques, including AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover trends and guide decisions.

Qualifications
- A dynamic self-starter with a passion for making data meaningful.
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within a digital marketing or consultancy setting.
- Expertise in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python or R.
- A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under deadlines.
- An excellent communicator who can simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences.
