About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Duties

  • Perform data cleaning, processing, and analysis tasks
  • Create dashboards and data visualisations
  • Extract insights from data to support internal reporting
  • Learn and apply industry tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python (depending on your background)
  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in data analytics

Experience

  • A recent graduate, career switcher, or early career professional. Studying or have completed a degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Basic Knowledge in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI for data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages( Python preffered)
  • Eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience in a real-world environment
  • Candidates should demonstrate a passion for data analysis and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous care experience in either paid or family support (preferred but not essential)
  • Able to work alternate weekends
  • Live within a 10 mile radius of Wigan
  • Have access to your own motorised transport
