About the Role

We are currently looking to recruit a data analyst to join our team. This is a vital roles in enabling Clinical Partners to become a data-driven organisation, delivering insights and supporting evidence-based decisions across clinical, operational and business domains. A core focus of this roles is to lead on the reporting and analysis using Tableau – designing, building and maintaining high-impact dashboards to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights. Therefore this is a requirement of the role to have experience in using Tableau software.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to support performance tracking, clinical governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, actionable data visualisations.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets, identify trends, and generate clear, concise reports and recommendations.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare datasets for analysis using SQL and other tools.
  • Conduct quality assurance on data sources, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Support predictive modelling and forecasting efforts using statistical methods and historical data.
  • Ensure that all data handling complies with relevant regulations including GDPR and NHS data standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines for reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau, including creating calculated fields, parameters, filters, data blending, and publishing dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
  • Ability to work with and analyse large datasets from multiple systems.
  • Experience interpreting and communicating analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets or NHS reporting environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning models, or R/Python.
