About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our UK BASED COMPANY(one of our client ) . The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role involves working closely with various departments to support decision-making processes through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
Duties
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualise key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Utilise programming languages such as Python and R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of data-driven projects.
- Create detailed documentation of database design and SDLC processes to support ongoing analysis efforts.
- Use Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation as needed.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in a data analyst role or similar position, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, R, and other relevant data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with database design principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
