About the Role
We are seeking Data Analysts across all experience levels to join our dynamic analytics and insights team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, generating meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the UK who already have valid work eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business, engineering, and leadership.
- Develop and maintain automated reports, BI dashboards, and datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Support ongoing improvement of data processes and analytical models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Basic programming knowledge in Python or R is preferred.
