About The Role
Animal Friends has a brand-newly created opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Data Delivery Specialist to help keep our data team on track and delivering against a wide range of commitments.
As our Data Delivery Specialist, you’ll be at the centre of our data function—managing the delivery pipeline, triaging tickets, coordinating sprint planning, and ensuring work progresses smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role in turning plans into action and making sure things get done.
While an understanding of data or experience in a environment is great, what we value most is someone with strong relationship-building skills, confidence in communicating across teams, and the drive to make things happen.
This is a role for someone who can bring people together, remove blockers, and keep momentum high.
Base salary £42793 – £47500 dependent on suitability.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the data team’s delivery pipeline
- Triaging and prioritising incoming tickets
- Organising and facilitating sprint planning and ceremonies
- Keeping work on track and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
What we’re looking for:
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and maintain momentum
- Experience in a Delivery Coordinator role or similar
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Agile Practitioner certification or equivalent experience would be a plus
