Position: Data Entry Assistant

Salary: £24,000.00 per year

About the Role:

EnjoyTravel.com a well respected online travel website specialising in Car Rental and Airport Car Parking is looking for a new addition to their team. Following a recent boom in business and on-boarding of a new contracts we now require another Product Administrator.

Working alongside the Product and Supply Team this role will be remote work with possibility of training in an office environment on request of management.

You Will:

  • Build rental providers profiles into our in-house system.
  • Liaise with rental partners regarding their updates/changes in locations/terms etc.
  • Test new rental partners’ products to enable sign off.
  • Enter and amend prices and information into our in-house system.
  • Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and targets.

About You:

  • To have a minimum of 1 years experience working in an office environment.
  • Be organised.
  • Be a self-motivated and forward thinking with a strong work ethic.
  • Be able to complete work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • To have the ability to work logically, methodically and analytically.
  • To be detail orientated, meticulous and conscientious.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm
