Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 2 weeks (41 weeks per year)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Officer to join our team at Oasis Academy Brightstowe. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and effective use of data across the Academy. If you enjoy problem-solving, have excellent IT skills, and want to make a real impact in education, we’d love to hear from you!
As Data Officer, you will:
- Lead on the development, maintenance, and management of the Academy’s MIS (Bromcom).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements, including School Census and GDPR.
- Produce accurate reports and analysis to support senior leaders and teaching staff in raising standards.
- Oversee the Academy assessment cycle and publish academic reports to parents.
- Support the construction and maintenance of the Academy timetable.
- Deliver training to staff on data systems and processes.
