CT Skills Ltd is recruiting a motivated and creative Digital Content Assistant to join its team on a fully remote basis. This role is ideal for individuals with strong digital skills who are looking to build experience in content creation, online learning, and digital communications within a professional training and education environment.

In this position, the Digital Content Assistant will support the development and maintenance of digital content across learning platforms and internal systems. The role requires confident use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, alongside familiarity with online learning tools and e-learning platforms. A strong understanding of digital workflows and attention to detail are essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good brand awareness, ensuring content remains clear, engaging, and consistent. Enthusiasm for learning new tasks, taking on challenges, and expanding technical and creative skills is highly valued.

Join us as a Digital Content Assistant and help shape high-quality online learning experiences that make a real impact.

We’re looking for a creative and detail driven individual to work closely with our Quality and Curriculum team, supporting the development of new products, innovative digital learning materials and engaging learner journeys. If you’re passionate about digital content and keen to grow your skills in a supportive and forward thinking environment, this could be the perfect next step. This is a full time remote role with DBS clearance required.

The Role

In this role, you will assist in building and publishing online modules using Moodle, Canva and Articulate, while taking responsibility for uploading, formatting and maintaining high quality course content. You will also be involved in proof reading resources and maintaining version control to ensure that all materials meet awarding body requirements and align with our company’s quality standards. As part of your role, you will act as an ambassador for CT Skills, contributing ideas and helping to develop new opportunities as we continue to grow. It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys collaboration, continuous improvement and turning ideas into engaging learner experiences.

The Individual

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong IT and digital skills, including confident use of PowerPoint, Word and online learning tools. You will have a creative mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and good brand awareness, along with familiarity with online learning platforms. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning new tasks, taking on challenges and expanding their skill set. A basic understanding of copyright principles will also be beneficial.
