Salary: £30,000 to £50,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Developer to design, develop, and implement digital learning programmes. This role combines educational expertise with technical proficiency to create engaging, effective learning experiences using advanced technologies including AI integration. Key areas of subject development are workforce development programs including soft skills, heathcare based programs and generative AI.
For those not trained in using Generative AI tools, self-funded training can be provided
Main Duties
- Learning Content Development
- Design and develop interactive e-learning content and modules
- Create engaging multimedia learning materials including videos, animations, and simulations
- Develop adaptive learning pathways using AI-driven personalization
- Convert traditional training materials into dynamic digital formats
- Ensure content meets educational objectives and learning outcomes
Technology Integration
- Utilize AI tools to enhance learning content creation and delivery
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS)
- Integrate emerging technologies into learning solutions
- Develop and maintain e-learning templates and frameworks
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Instructional Design
- Apply instructional design principles to digital learning solutions
- Create learner-centered, objective-driven content
- Develop assessment strategies and feedback mechanisms
- Design intuitive user interfaces for learning platforms
- Incorporate gamification elements where appropriate
Project Management
- Lead educational technology projects from conception to deployment
