Job Description/About the Job
We are seeking to recruit experienced carers Female that will provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and In the community. You will also be part of our day and night sit service if you are available for this work.
Duties will include personal care, meal preparation, administration of medication and other tasks to support the service user to live independently.
Main Responsibilities
Some things you might do during a care visit include:
- Personal care – supporting them with shower, dressing or even brushing their hair such as washing, dressing and toileting
- Helping your clients with shopping/Appointments
- Cooking delicious healthy meals
- Promoting/administration of medication
- Companionship. Some clients want company, so that they can still enjoy their favourite past times and don’t have to do them on their own.
- We have various shift patterns available including full days and weekend. You must be fully flexible around the company needs, to ensure as part of your sponsorship you are provided with the hours.
Pay and Benefits
- Earnings include holiday pay, better than most other providers.
- Mileage for using your own car for work and use of the company vehicle in emergencies (T&C Apply).
- Refer your work colleagues and we will give you a referral fee.
- Quoted pay based on an average 37.5 hrs per week.
