Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Support with medication as per care plans
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate daily records
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment in clients’ homes
  • Communicate effectively with families and care teams
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
