Derive Care Ltd is seeking dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients across Cardiff. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care within the community.

Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling between client locations. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK. While previous experience in care is beneficial, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

A visa sponsorship opportunity may be available after a successful three-month review, subject to performance and eligibility.

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will assist with personal care, support daily living activities, and help service users live with dignity and independence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised care to service users within their homes.
  • Support service users in all aspects of their daily living whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible.
  • Support with personal care.
  • Support all types of care needs including physical, emotional and spiritual.
  • Respect and maintain the privacy and dignity of service users at all times.
  • Monitor the health and well being of service users, reporting any changes or safeguarding concerns.
  • Liaise with family members and outside healthcare professionals as and when needed.

We require you:

  • To hold a full driving licence and have access to a car
  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • Be compassionate and caring at all times whilst remaining professional and reliable

Please note, this position requires a DBS check, and you must have the right to work in the UK. While we do not provide sponsorship initially, sponsorship opportunities may be available after six months, subject to performance.
