- Such behaviour is not only unethical—it is a safeguarding violation and will result in immediate dismissal and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Carer Responsibilities:
- You must be willing to undergo reference checks and safeguarding screening
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Support adults/children with challenging behaviours, using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Demonstrate excellent time management punctuality and reliability are essential
- Follow the uniform policy at all times (clean, professional attire as provided or required)
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
