We are looking for 1x Female domiciliary care professional who help people live independently in their own homes through daily visits or live in care. Their role is focused on assisting with household tasks, medication, and other activities that help to maintain quality of life.

Job Description
- Helping or supervising client washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Preparing client meals and snacks and feeding or supervising eating and drinking
- Administering medications
- Cleaning home, washing clothes and linens, shopping and other domestic duties as needed
- Transporting the client to medical appointments and helping them run errands
- Monitoring client health conditions
- Recording and reporting client progress and any concerns to Home Care Manager.
Requirements/preferences
- Visa valid for at least 3 months – Sponsorship is available after passing 3 months probation period
- Experience in Domiciliary Care
- Social Care Wales registration
- Transferable DBS
- Must be a driver with full UK Licence and Business Insurance
- Must be living in or around Wrexham
