24/7 Supervision Ltd. Consists of a team of in-home supervisors/ family support workers who provide in-home and assessment unit supervision to families who are involved with the Local Authority / Children’s Social Care owing to previous worries around safe parenting. Our company is commissioned to supervise the families in their own home environment and a team of in-home supervisors are allocated to a family house, working under the direction of qualified social workers and company directors.

Your role is to provide supervision to children and their families within their home setting and/or in family assessment units. To ensure that children remain safe and well cared for, work closely with parents or carers to ensure that they provide safe care. You will be expected to keep accurate records, assist the family in the community and intervene in family life if there are concerns around the child/ren’s safety, following all company policies and procedures.

This is a Self Employed Role. Therefore, you decide your hours. Pay is starting from £17.00 – £22.00 per hour, and double pay on public and bank holidays, with the possibility of enhanced pay during certain agreements. You must be available with advanced notice for supervision (once a month), training, and briefing sessions on weekdays during office hours (a few times a year).

You will receive training around prompting and interventions, but you will only provide advice and guidance if the parent requires this. Your main role is to supervise and observe family life, keeping an accurate record and sending this to your House Lead. We have a great staff team and supportive management, with opportunities to grow within the company.

The interview date is the 26th of September, and the training day is planned for the 29th of September.
