Responsibilities
As a female Care Assistant with a full UK driving licence, you’ll play a vital role in providing personalised support and companionship to those who rely on us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing) with sensitivity and respect
- Support clients during home visits and community engagement
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and homely environment
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
- Promote client independence and choice
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications
- A caring, compassionate nature
- Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work across shifts including weekends
- Willingness to complete mandatory training and registration with the SSSC
