The Role
Chestnut Court Care Home is set in the heart of New Milton and provides residential care to up to 25 residents who have a combination of dementia and development needs. The residents are supported by an exceptional team who are dedicated to building a supportive, warm, homely, environment.
As Care Team Leader, you will be leading and supporting the night team during your shift and support the Registered Manager in delivering the expected standards of care. You will be expected to deal with supporting residents through night time and early morning routines and personal care, administering medication, completing all required paperwork, take the lead on medical emergencies or situations that may arise (with on call manager support) and set an example of professional, compassionate care.
