Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Support with medication as per care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate daily records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment in clients’ homes
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Follow all health and safety procedures
