As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their own homes, following individual care plans accurately and promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. The role requires the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and care coordinators.
Applicants must demonstrate a genuinely compassionate and caring attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care. A minimum of six (6) months’ care experience in the UK is required; however, full training will be provided to support your ongoing professional development.
Due to the nature of the role, access to a personal vehicle is essential to support community-based care delivery.
Visa sponsorship will be provided to eligible candidates following the successful completion of a four-month probationary period, in line with UK immigration requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- Must be in UK & Access to Vehicle is required.
- Candidate must be able to start working ASAP.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
