Petranova Care Ltd is recruiting a compassionate Female Domiciliary Care Assistant / Live-In Carer to support clients in Northampton. This role may be offered as a shared live-in care position, providing flexible working arrangements while delivering high-quality care in a home environment. As part of the care team, you will provide person-centred support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. Duties may include assisting with personal care, supporting daily routines, providing companionship, and ensuring that care plans are followed carefully to meet each client’s specific needs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a caring, reliable, and professional approach to care delivery. Strong communication skills are essential to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining accurate care documentation.
Applicants should ideally have previous experience in domiciliary care, live-in care, or a similar support role; however, training can be provided for motivated candidates who are passionate about helping others. Due to the nature of the role, a female driver with access to a vehicle is required to travel between care visits when necessary.

This role involves providing community-based domiciliary care, alongside covering 1–2 weeks at a time as a live-in care reliever.
About the Role:
- Providing high-quality personal care and support in clients’ homes
- Assisting with medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
- Completing care documentation accurately
- Covering 1–2 weeks at a time as a live-in care reliever when required
Requirements:
- Female driver with access to a vehicle
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Previous care experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship available for the right candidate)
