An established care provider is seeking experienced Female Domiciliary Care Assistants to support clients across England and Northern Ireland, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ own homes. This role is restricted to female applicants only due to a genuine occupational requirement.
Applicants must be currently based in the United Kingdom and hold a valid Skilled Worker Visa, Post-Study (Graduate) Visa, Youth Mobility Visa, or Dependent Visa. UK visa sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates, in line with current immigration regulations.
The role of Domiciliary Care Assistant involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside a calm, patient, and empathetic approach to care delivery.
A valid UK driving licence is essential, as is previous experience in a similar home care or community care position. The role requires confidence in working independently, maintaining accurate care records, and upholding safeguarding and person-centred care standards.
