About the Role
We are Looking for an experienced care support worker to join our team.
Work area: Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring. (Early shift and Late shift available)
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
- Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Support with care plan.
- Contacting GP and relevant healthcare professionals
- Light household tasks.
Experience:
- In Medication Administration
- Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
- Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
- The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Required:
- A valid UK Drivers Licence .
- Access to own car.
