Petranova Care Ltd is recruiting a compassionate and dependable Female Home Care Assistant to join its dedicated care team in Northampton. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support elderly and vulnerable individuals within their own homes while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily routines, offering companionship, supporting personal care, and helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. You will also communicate effectively with colleagues and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to ensuring older and vulnerable people are treated with respect and kindness. Reliability, flexibility, honesty, and a positive work ethic are essential qualities for success in this role.
