Description of Role
We are seeking a caring, relatable, and professional female* support worker to work alongside our vibrant 19-year-old client who has cerebral palsy. She is passionate about her independence and individuality, and we’re looking for someone who can support her in a way that feels natural, respectful, and empowering.

It is important that you are a confident driver to be able to take our client out in her wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Working hours:
Flexible working hours (shifts and times will be set once the working pattern has been agreed)
Full-time, part-time and bank contracts available
Rates of pay:
Salary: From £15.20 per hour, with enhanced rates for weekend shifts and reduced pay for sleep-in nights
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a bright and highly motivated female support worker (as requested by the client)
- Is professional, adaptable and respectful of boundaries
- Promotes the client’s safety and independence and is able to adapt to various situations
- Assists with activities of daily living, including personal care
- Builds and develops a strong therapeutic relationship to empower the client and advocate for her choices
- Experience in social care is helpful, but not essential
- Having an NVQ is desirable, but not essential
- Being registered with Social Care Wales is desirable, but not essential
