Potters Independent Living Ltd is a support service based in Alford, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City. We are professional, agile and social in everything we do. We aim to keep unable members of society as independent as possible in their own homes. We provide support for over 18 year old residents of Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City .
Our work environment includes:
- Supportive management team with out of hours support
- We offer growth opportunities for our staff as the service expands
Support workers work directly with people with support needs; providing personal care, companionship, errands, meal preparation, assisting with medications and developmental support, as needed, This can be in the clients house or in the community. A shift pattern is worked and will involve travelling between clients. In cases of live in care, you would be expected to provide support at home for extended periods of time.
