Role: Finance & Administration Officer (2 days a week)

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a part time, remote role.

The role:

  • Cashflow management and financial reporting
  • Maintain and update cash flow projections
  • Actively manage cash flow to support business operations
  • Ensure relevant reporting spreadsheets are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with financial and operational reporting as required

Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Process and pay invoices for business in a timely and accurate manner
  • Raise purchase orders and quotes as required
  • Maintain accurate financial records including receipts and invoices

Accounts and Reconciliation

  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts and expenditure
  • Prepare accounts and wage summaries as directed

Who are you?

  • Strong in cashflow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable or a similar finance admin role
  • Proficiency in accounting or bookkeeping software, specifically Xero
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Strong sense of task ownership, to follow your deliverables through to closure
  • A personable and positive attitude
  • Adaptable to any given situation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential financial information
