This position is open to candidates already in the UK seeking a Skilled Worker visa switch, subject to meeting the required eligibility criteria.

Key duties:
- Day to day assisting the Restaurant Manager running the restaurant.
- Look to develop your business to maximize sales
- Performance management of staff, setting clear objectives to help you over deliver your personal targets set by the board
- Ensuring your team recognize customer focus is the A1 priority & that they deliver outstanding personal service in line with company best practice standards
- To ensure the necessary legislation (Fire, health & safety etc.) is adhered to for your site
- Control & management of costs for your restaurant
- The recruitment, induction & retention of staff
- Training & coaching new starters to ensure they meet the brand standards & achieve their potential
- Motivate, inspire & lead the team
